  1. Our program is exclusively meant for retail businesses in the DIY industry. Do you own or operate a sewing, quilting or handicraft store, either online or brick and mortar, then this program is right up your alley.  However, this program is not intended for resellers on third party websites, online marketplaces or fora.  Are you a craft professional looking to buy and use hardware in bulk? Please visit and contact us to see if we can enroll you in our loyalty program.
  2. An offical VAT-number (Europe), Tax ID or business license is required. We will check your credentials before enrolling you in our program.
  3. Order amounts: Minimum first order amount of 250 euro excl. VAT is required, reorders min. 120 euro. Shipping rates are calculated separately, and depend on destination, weight and size. We ship from our warehouse in Belgium by GLS, BPost, DPD or DHL express, whichever is cheapest or most convenient for you.
