In case of errors
We are convinced of the quality of our products and hope you are too. But still, (minor) defects and human mistakes occur. If you are not satisfied with the delivered products, please let us know!
We ask you to inspect your goods carefully upon receiving them.
- Products with visible defects will only be refunded up until 30 days after purchasing.
- We will always replace or refund items that have hidden defects that can not be seen without opening the packaging.

You have the right to return these goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible for refund, please send us an e-mail
We only accepts goods in their original condition and packaging. Returns are at the expense of the buyer. After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the amount paid by you (including the original shipping costs) as soon as possible.
The right of withdrawal cannot be invoked for the delivery of patterns and books and for fabrics or materials that are cut to size.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
